A lead request may include name, email, phone, state, priority, source, and consent version. Nothing is shared or sent while staging is held.

By submitting, the visitor agrees to be contacted by matched providers by phone, text, or email. Consent is recorded with source and version, is not a condition of purchase, and can be withdrawn. Provider sharing and outbound messages require the normal first-go-live gate.
