Clinic Scout respects user deletion requests for account, support, partner inquiry, consent-ledger, scorecard, checklist, or clinic-contact routing data associated with you or your business.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address or business contact information you used so we can locate relevant records.
What we delete
When verified, we delete or anonymize personal contact details, support submissions, partner inquiries, consent records, scorecard/checklist records, and clinic-contact routing records, unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, transaction records, or dispute resolution.
Meta / Facebook data
If you interacted through Meta products or a Meta-connected app, use this page as our User Data Deletion Instructions URL and send the request to [email protected].
Timing
We aim to respond within 30 days. If we cannot verify the requester or need more information, we will explain the next step.
Not medical advice
Deletion support is administrative. Do not send symptoms, medication history, labs, diagnosis, dosage, or urgent health information in deletion requests.
